Exhibitors’ benefits
Exhibitors receive the right to use the contracted display space and the tents, tables, chairs indicated on the reservation form for the Expo hours. Exhibitors receive four Expo entrance badges for those working their displays for both days and an additional 10 free tickets for the Saturday event for customers, associates, and friends. All exhibitors will be listed on the official program. Exhibitors signed up by March 10 will be listed in the April Camarillo Business Journal-Expo Section and have the opportunity to advertise (for extra cost as shown on the reservation form.)
Rules & Regulations
General Rules: Exhibitors may set up their booths on Friday, April 23, 2010, between 2:00pm – 3:30pm, and Saturday, April 24, 2010, between 7:00am – 8:30am. Doors open at 4:00pm on Friday and 9:00am on Saturday. All exhibitors must be ready 30 minutes prior to doors opening both days. Exhibitors must remain open and the exhibit staffed until 7:00pm on Friday and 3pm on Saturday. Move out must be completed by 4:00pm on Saturday.
Booking Space
$75 non refundable deposit required to reserve a booth space. Deposit will be applied towards booth space.
Full payment must be received by April 1, 2010 to secure booth space. It is agreed that the space shall not be sublet or shared without written permission of Management.
Placement
Space is limited. No exclusives will be offered. We cannot guarantee which businesses will be near your booth. Booths are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, but are not considered secure until a signed, completed form is returned (with payment) to the Chamber office.
Terms of Payment
After April 1, 2010, payment in full is required at time of booking. Sorry no refunds can be made.
Insurance
It is the responsibility of each exhibitor to supply and purchase their own insurance coverage.
Outdoor Displays
The Camarillo Chamber of Commerce will not be held responsible for the following: security supervision; inclement weather. Exhibitors are asked to consider these risks when booking their displays.
Other
No live animals will be allowed.
Parking
Exhibitors are requested to park offsite the Camarillo Ranch premises.
Door Prizes
Each exhibitor can participate in the event-wide door prize drawings that will be announced throughout the event. Attendees will fill out an entry blank when they enter the event, and door prizes will be drawn from that box.The emcee will announce your company name, booth number, the prize and your winner’s name.
Optional: You may have your own door prize drawings. You are responsible for all supplies and for contacting
the winners. These winners will not be announced.
Waiver of Liability and Indemnity
The exhibitor acknowledges and agrees that the Camarillo Chamber of Commerce is a non-profit business organization and is undertaking the sponsorship of and provision of exhibition space for the benefit of and as a service to its members. Accordingly, the exhibitor agrees to assume, and indemnify the Camarillo Chamber of Commerce the City of Camarillo & Camarillo Ranch Foundation and does hereby assume all risks, responsibilities and liabilities to losses, property damages or personal injuries resulting directly or indirectly from the installation, operation, maintenance, dismantling, and removal of exhibits and displays, and, therefore, the Camarillo Chamber of Commerce will have no responsibility.
