History of the Camarillo Chamber

Started over 75 years ago and incorporated in 1940 by a group of business people including Adolfo Camarillo, the Camarillo Chamber of Commerce promotes and enhances the commercial, professional, economic, and educational well being of Camarillo. The Chamber was instrumental in facilitating and supporting the incorporation of the City of Camarillo in 1964.

No, the Camarillo Chamber is a not-for-profit organization made up of member businesses and volunteers. Yes! The Camarillo Chamber offers Civic Member memberships for a very reduced annual membership cost. Those who join as Civic Members are usually retired individuals who still have an active interest in the economic development of the community.

The Camarillo Chamber has many different committees that all work equally hard to support area business and the community.
